"Excelente experiencia gastronómica. Desde que entras se nota el cuidado en los detalles: la decoración, la limpieza y el trato profesional del personal. Probé el menú del día y me pareció muy equilibrado, con platos caseros pero presentados con un toque moderno. El pescado estaba en su punto y los postres, especialmente el flan, eran una maravilla. Lo que más destaco es la sensación de calma que transmite el lugar, algo difícil de encontrar en el centro de Madrid. La relación calidad-precio es más que correcta y, sinceramente, da gusto encontrar restaurantes donde aún se cocina con mimo y sin prisas. Sin duda, repetiré."
